Returns policy

Olvade offers a 30-day return window from delivery on every kit, for any reason. Returns are handled through eBay so your money is protected by eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

How to start a return

1. Sign in to eBay and open Purchases.
2. Find the Olvade order and select Return this item.
3. Post the kit back using the method eBay provides.
4. Refund is released automatically once we receive the kit.

Return postage

For returns where the kit was correctly listed and arrived in working order, the buyer pays return postage. For returns where the kit arrived damaged, faulty, or did not match the listing description, we cover the return postage. Message us through eBay first to arrange a prepaid label.

Condition we accept the kit back in

For a full refund the kit needs to come back complete (all boards, linking wire, controller, harness loom, thermal paste) and re-sellable (undamaged, no soldering, no cut wires, no installed thermal paste residue). Original packaging is preferred but a re-taped box is fine.

Fitment mismatch

The most common return reason is fitment mismatch. Always message us a photo of the front of your car before posting the kit back. Nine times out of ten we can identify the correct variant from the photo and swap you over.

International returns

International buyers using eBay International Shipping or the Global Shipping Programme return through eBay's international hub. eBay refunds you once the parcel is received.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method used at eBay checkout. Typical refund window is 3 to 5 working days after the return is received.
