At OLVADE, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policies below to understand how we manage the shipping of your orders.

1. General Shipping Policy

1.1. Standard Shipping Timeframe: We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

1.2. Shipping Carrier: We use Evri (formerly Hermes) as our primary shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically, once dispatched, you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days.

1.3. Hand-Crafted and Custom Items: Some of our products, such as custom headlights or other bespoke items, require handcrafting. These items may take several weeks or even a few months to complete. We will keep you updated on the progress and provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA) when possible. Please note that the timeframes provided are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, delays may occur due to the custom nature of these products.

2. Delivery Options

2.1. Free Standard Delivery: Free standard UK delivery is available for orders of £25 or more. For orders under £25, a flat shipping fee of £4.95 applies.

2.2. Delivery Costs: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the order.

2.3. Geographical Restrictions: We currently ship to UK addresses only. If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us at contactus@olvade.com to discuss potential options.

3. Order Tracking

3.1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery through the Evri website.

4. Delays and Issues

4.1. Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. OLVADE shall not be liable for any delays caused by these factors.

4.2. Custom Orders: For hand-crafted or custom items, extended timeframes are expected due to the nature of the work involved. We will provide regular updates on your order’s progress and keep you informed of any significant changes to the ETA when possible.

5. Your Responsibilities

5.1. Accurate Address Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. OLVADE is not liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

5.2. Receiving Your Order: Upon delivery, the Goods will become your responsibility. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. In the event that a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will follow their standard procedure, which may include leaving the package with a neighbor or at a local collection point.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

6.1. Lost Items: If your item is lost in transit, please contact us at contactus@olvade.com so we can investigate the issue with the carrier. We recommend selecting a tracked shipping service for high-value items.

6.2. Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or a refund.

7. Consumer Rights

7.1. Your statutory rights are not affected by this Shipping Policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to expect your Goods to be delivered within the agreed timeframe, and we are committed to honoring this.

7.2. In the event that we fail to deliver the Goods within 30 days, or another agreed timeframe, you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. However, this does not apply to custom or made-to-order items where specific timeframes have been communicated and agreed upon.
