Shipping policy

Olvade ships every kit via Royal Mail with tracking. Orders placed before 6am Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 6am, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

UK shipping options

• Standard tracked delivery. Royal Mail Tracked 48 at £3.94. Estimated 2 to 3 working days from dispatch.
• Express tracked delivery. Royal Mail Tracked 24 at £4.50. Estimated 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.

You choose the service during eBay checkout. Both options include end-to-end tracking and signature on delivery.

International orders

International orders are handled through eBay's shipping programmes. eBay calculates postage, taxes and any applicable import charges at checkout. Tracking is automatic on every international order. Customs, import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility, collected either at checkout or on delivery depending on destination.

Lost or damaged parcels

Every order is covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. If Royal Mail loses your parcel or it arrives damaged, message us through your eBay order and we will resend or refund through eBay.

Returns

Returns follow eBay's standard 30-day return window. eBay handles the refund once the kit is back with us.
