When will my order ship?

We typically process orders on the same business day, though during busy periods it can take up to 1 business day.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Track it directly via Royal Mail’s website.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, OLVADE LIMITED only ships within the United Kingdom.

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?

You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they’re unused and in original packaging. Check our Warranty & Returns Policy for details.

How do I return an item?

What if my item arrives faulty?
