OLVADE LIMITED – Shipping & Delivery Information

We aim to make your delivery experience as fast, smooth, and reliable as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our UK-only shipping process.
1. SHIPPING SERVICE & COURIERS
We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, offering fast and trackable delivery nationwide.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
- Orders placed before 1PM (Mon–Fri) are usually processed and dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 1PM or during weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During peak periods (e.g. sales or holidays), or at any time regardless of when your order is placed, processing may take up to 2 working days before dispatch.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Please note: While most orders arrive promptly, delays due to postal volume, strikes or adverse weather are outside our control.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your delivery in real time via Royal Mail’s website.
Didn’t receive your tracking email? Check your spam folder or contact us at support@olvade.com.
5. DELIVERY ADDRESS
It’s your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and correct. We cannot guarantee delivery if:
- The address is incomplete or inaccurate.
- The recipient is not available and no safe place is nominated.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (a redelivery charge may apply).
6. MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please get in touch. We’ll contact Royal Mail and initiate an investigation if needed. Lost item claims can only be made 7 working days after dispatch.
7. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears tampered with:
- Take clear photos of the package and contents.
- Contact us immediately at returns@olvade.com with your order number and photos.
- We’ll assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
8. COLLECTION & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We currently do not offer international shipping or in-person collection.
