OLVADE LIMITED provides aftermarket Daytime Running Lights (DRL) including CSL-Style and Multicolour (RGBW) modules. Please carefully read the following terms to understand your responsibilities and potential liabilities before purchasing or using our products.
Legal Compliance (UK Road Regulations)
Our Multicolour (RGBW) DRLs are intended solely for off-road or show purposes and must comply with UK road regulations. Under no circumstances should colours other than standard white DRLs be used while driving on public roads. It is illegal under UK law to display colours that could misrepresent your vehicle as an emergency or law enforcement vehicle. Misuse of this product on public roads may result in penalties, fines, or points on your driving licence.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these restrictions and agree that OLVADE LIMITED bears no responsibility or liability for any penalties or legal actions arising from misuse.
Vehicle Insurance & Warranty Notice
Installation and use of aftermarket products, including DRL kits, may affect your vehicle’s insurance policy and manufacturer’s warranty. Customers must independently verify with their insurer and vehicle manufacturer whether installation and use of these products could void or impact coverage. OLVADE LIMITED will not be responsible or liable for any voidance, cancellations, or disputes arising from insurance or warranty claims related to the use or installation of our products.
Partner Garage Policy
OLVADE LIMITED partners with independent garages across the UK to offer convenient installation options for customers. Please be aware of the following terms concerning our garage partnerships:
- OLVADE LIMITED does not own, operate, or manage any partner garages. Partner garages are independent entities.
- The costs and conditions of installation services are independently set and agreed upon directly between you (the customer) and the partner garage. Installation services are not included in our product pricing.
- OLVADE LIMITED does not accept any liability or responsibility for damages, loss, or claims arising from work conducted by any partner garage, including but not limited to vehicle damage, loss, theft, or disputes regarding the quality of installation or services.
We strongly recommend verifying each garage’s insurance coverage, qualifications, and reputation independently before arranging your installation.
Liability Release
By purchasing products from OLVADE LIMITED and/or engaging with our partner garages, you explicitly release OLVADE LIMITED from all liability for any direct or indirect damages, loss, injury, or legal consequences associated with product use, installation, misuse, compliance breaches, insurance or warranty impacts, or services performed by partner garages.
