Welcome to the official website of OLVADE LIMITED. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, as well as any purchases made through it. By using our site and placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
1. DEFINITIONS
- “We”, “us”, “our” – OLVADE LIMITED, a private company registered in England and Wales.
- “You”, “Customer” – the individual or entity accessing the site or placing an order.
- “Product(s)” – Daytime Running Light (DRL) module kits and any accessories sold on our website.
- “Partner Garage” – an independent third-party garage recommended by Olvade for installations.
2. LEGAL BASIS & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. This site and its content comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Distance Selling Regulations, and the UK GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
3. USE OF THE WEBSITE
3.1 You must be 18 or older to place an order.
3.2 Website access is intended for UK residents only.
3.3 We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or update any part of the site without notice.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 All Olvade DRL kits are aftermarket products, not manufactured or approved by BMW or any other OEM.
4.2 RGBW Multicolour DRL kits are not legal for UK road use. They are strictly for off-road or show use only. By purchasing, you confirm you understand this and accept full responsibility for compliance.
4.3 You are solely liable for how you use, install, or modify any Olvade product. We accept no responsibility for damage, legal penalties, MOT failure, or insurance issues caused by improper use or non-compliance.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
5.1 Prices are listed in GBP. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged.
5.2 Prices exclude delivery unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
5.3 Orders must be paid at checkout using approved methods.
6. ORDERING PROCESS
6.1 When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy.
6.2 You will receive an automated order confirmation email – this does not signify acceptance.
6.3 We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time prior to dispatch, including after confirmation.
6.4 Only once your order is marked as dispatched is a binding contract formed.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
7.1 Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 within the UK only.
7.2 Typical dispatch timeframe: 1–2 business days.
7.3 You’ll receive tracking details once dispatched.
7.4 We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, severe weather, or other uncontrollable events.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
8.1 You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order for any reason.
8.2 You must return the item within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
8.3 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
8.4 Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is confirmed faulty.
8.5 If a returned item is falsely claimed as faulty but is found to be used, modified, damaged, or mishandled, we reserve the right to:
- Deduct shipping and repair/replacement costs from your refund
- Withhold your refund entirely
- Reject future purchases or returns from your account

9. WARRANTY
9.1 Our products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only.
9.2 The warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear
- Damage from incorrect installation
- Water ingress due to improper sealing
- Modifications or third-party tampering
9.3 Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photographic evidence.
9.4 Approved claims will be offered a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
10. PARTNER GARAGE DISCLAIMER
10.1 Partner garages are independent businesses.
10.2 Olvade is not responsible for their pricing, workmanship, or disputes.
10.3 Any claims or issues with garage services must be resolved directly with the garage.
11. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
We collect and use personal data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
12. COOKIES
This website uses cookies to improve user experience and analytics. By using the site, you consent to the use of cookies under our Cookie Policy.
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

14. PROMOTIONS & SALES
Promotions, discount codes, and sale prices are subject to change and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Partner garage pricing is excluded from all public sales.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for non-performance due to events outside our control (e.g. strikes, epidemics, courier failure).
16. LIABILITY
16.1 To the fullest extent allowed by Consumer Rights Act 2015, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
16.2 We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Vehicle damage
- Legal consequences of using non-road-legal kits
- Installation by third parties
Use of Olvade products is at your own risk.

We may revise these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
